1. The person who sows sparingly also reaps sparingly. (2 Corinthians 9:6)

3. Give according to how you have decided in their heart. (2 Corinthians 9:7)
4. Give willingly and not because of compulsion because God loves a cheerful giver. (2 Corinthians 9:7)
5. Give knowing that God can bless you with His favor and ensure that you always have enough for your needs and that you have some that you can give to support good works. (2 Corinthians 9:8)
6. Give knowing that if you give abroad to faraway places and give to the poor in your locality, your righteous deeds will endure forever. (2 Corinthians 9:9)
7. Give while believing that God who gives seed to the sower and bread to be eaten, will supply and multiply the seed you have sown by giving and increase the fruits or effects of your righteousness. (2 Corinthians 9:10)
8. Give while believing that you will be enriched in everything. (2 Corinthians 9:11)
9. Give while believing that those you have given to will give God thanksgiving. (2 Corinthians 9:11)
10. Give to provide for the needs of Christians. (2 Corinthians 9:12)
11. Give while believing that they will glorify God because of your obedience to give and share with them. (2 Corinthians 9:13)
12. Give while believing that those you have given to will pray for you. (2 Corinthians 9:14)
