Have people rejected you?
Have you been cast out as an unfit member of society?
Are you suffering from the pain and loneliness of rejection?
Jesus does not reject you even if "Christians" have rejected you.
We learn this from the Bible where He received people who had been rejected by society.
The first person I'd like to mention in this How to Deal with Rejection/ A Rejected Woman series is the lady with the alabaster bottle of perfume.
We know that this woman had problems in her society because the Bible describes her as "Behold, a woman in the city, who was a sinner" (Luke 7:37)
In addition, when the Pharisee who had invited Jesus into his house saw her washing His feet with her tears, he "Spake within himself saying, 'This man, if He were a prophet, He would have known who and what manner of woman is this who toucheth Him: for she is a sinner.'" (Luke 7:39)
Jesus also knew that she was a sinner because He said, "Her sins, which are many, are forgiven." (Luke 7:47)
But, Jesus did not reject her because she was a sinner. He forgave her.
Therefore if society has classified you as a "sinner" and rejected you do not give up on yourself.
Come to Jesus and receive His love and forgiveness.
To receive His love and forgiveness, you have to open your heart and life to Him and receive Him as as your personal Savior.
To do this say with your mouth that "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that when He died for our sins God raised Him from the dead and you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)
Then, commit to reading at least 1 chapter of the Bible every day and praying every moment you need to feel His love and receive His guidance.
