God did not forget Mary when she had to give birth to Jesus away from her home. The Bible tells us that Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be done and as a result, Joseph and Mary had to travel from where they were living in Nazareth and go to Bethlehem.
While they were there, she gave birth to her first born under difficult circumstances because they could not even get a hotel room and she therefore had to deliver in a manger.
Despite them being far from their home and possibly even from people who could have housed them, God did not forget Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus. (Luke 2:1-7)
We know that He did not forget them because He sent His Angels to inform shepherds who were in the field about the baby's birth. The shepherds then went to visit Mary and see Baby Jesus. (Luke 2:8-17)
These shepherds were not the only people who visited Mary's family because wise men from the East were also able to locate them by following a star. These men brought Baby Jesus gifts of precious gold, frankincense and myrrh and they worshiped Him. (Matthew 2:1-12)
Recognize from these events that God did not forget Mary and He will not also forget you even if you are going through great social challenges.
Believe that the same Power He used to get the humble shepherds and rich, wise men to locate Baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph in the manger, is the same Power He can use today to get you what you need regardless of where you are located.
Therefore instead of focusing on your situation's ability to deny you of all your basic needs, put your faith in God's ability Provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19)
