How to Get God's Peace of Mind

How to get God's peace of mind

Are you looking for peace of mind?

Are you searching for the peace that only God can give?

Are you yearning for the peace of God that enables you to be calm in the midst of a very stressful situation?

If you are, do the following:
1. Pray through Problems
Pray over your problems until you feel a peace about the situation come over you even if you have to spend several hours  praying over the same issue because we are advised:
Do not be anxious.
Instead in everything combine prayer and supplication with thanksgiving as you make your requests known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding with guard your hearts and minds through Jesus Christ. (Philippians 4:6-7)

Therefore pray over the issue that is threatening your peace of mind until you develop a reassurance within yourself that it will be well.
Do not be anxious about anything. In every situation combine prayer and supplication with thanksgiving as you make your requests known to God Philippians 4:6

2. Do Not Test God
The Israelites tested and tried God in the wilderness instead of trusting Him and this angered God and He said, Your fathers tested and tried Me even though they had seen My works for 40 years.
I was therefore angry with that generation and said, "These people always go astray in their hearts and they have not known My ways and so I swore in My anger that they would never enter My rest." (Hebrews 3:9-11)

These Israelites did not enter God's rest because they tried and tested Him by asking, "Can God prepare a table in the wilderness for us?
Behold, He struck the rock and water gushed out and filled the streams but can He give bread also?
Can He provide His people with meat?" (Psalm 78:19-20)

So if you want to enter God's rest and get His peace of mind, instead of asking, "CAN GOD prepare a table for me in the wilderness?" declare, "GOD CAN prepare a table for me in the wilderness.

To support your declaration, remind yourself of what God has done for you in the past by further declaring,
Behold, God struck the rock and water gushed out and filled the streams and so HE CAN also give me bread to eat" instead of asking, "Behold, God struck the rock and water gushed out and filled the streams but CAN HE also give me bread to eat?

Therefore regardless of the challenges that you are facing, do not test or try God with your thoughts or words.

Decide to believe that God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19) instead of wondering if God shall supply all your needs.
My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19

Replace all the "CAN GOD DO IT" questions in your mind with "GOD CAN DO IT" declarations because With God all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26)
With God all things are possible Matthew 19:26

Yes, God can do it.
