Natural Honey Body Scrub Ingredients
1 tablespoon sunflower oilSunflower oil is not one of the most commonly used aromatherapy carrier oils but it is a good choice when you need one that does not have a scent, is relatively inexpensive and easily available.
If you do not have sunflower oil you can use other carrier oils like sweet almond oil, olive oil and jojoba liquid wax.
Honey cleanses the skin while moisturizing it. It also has antiseptic properties.
6 tablespoons brown sugar
Sugar contains glycolic acid which loosens the substance that holds the dead cells on the surface of the skin together. This enables them to fall off and leave the more softer cells on the surface.
You can use white sugar if you do not have brown sugar.
