I recently stopped goin to my counselor because she up and told me she was no longer gonna be open on Fridays.. :( fridays were my only day I could go see her. It's kinda really had me upset... She said I had PTSD and I am having a really tough time... Now I have not even her to talk to.... I don't know where to turn or what to do anymore....

PTSD stands for post traumatic stress disorder which is a condition that develops when a person experiences or witnesses a traumatic event that threatens their well-being and leaves them feeling hopeless and helpless.
The symptoms of PTSD can be divided into re-experiencing symptoms, avoidance symptoms, hyperarousal symptoms and other symptoms.
Other Symptoms
Other symptoms of PTSD include the following:1. Substance abuse
2. Physical aches without an apparent cause

I recommend that you look for another professional Counselor that you can consult. If you do not have another free day, you can search Google for online counseling so that you can find a Counselor you can consult regardless of where you are located on your free day.

3. Treat Physical Aches
If you have physical aches the first thing you should do is to consult a Doctor so that they can examine you and determine their cause.
If your Doctor tells you that they cannot find an cause for the aches you are experiencing I suggest you do Christian Meditation twice a day.
Studies have shown that meditation can relieve pain and meditating on Bible verses increases its power because The Word of God is the sword of the spirit (Ephesians 6:17).
To do Christian meditation:
Lie down in a quiet place
Close your eyes
Breathe in and out several times to help you relax
Focus your mind on a healing Bible verse like I will restore health to you and heal you (Jeremiah 30:17) or I have heard your prayer ... I will heal you. (2 Kings 20:5)
Concentrate on these Bible verses as if God is speaking them directly to you and decide to believe Him.
If your mind wanders to other things bring it back to the healing Bible verses. Do this for around 2 minutes and gradually increase the time you spend meditating on healing Scriptures.
For the best results combine meditation with visualization by seeing yourself with your mind's eye free of those aches.
For example if your knees ache every time you climb stairs as you focus on I will restore health to you and heal you (Jeremiah 30:17) see yourself climbing stairs without experiencing any pain.
