There are several places in the Bible where God promises restoration by giving people double for their trouble.
Double for My Trouble in Zechariah
In Zechariah God says, "Because of the blood of your covenant, I will set your prisoners free from the waterless pit. Return to the stronghold, you prisoners of hope. Today I declare that I will restore double to you." (Zechariah 9:11-12)
Double for My Trouble in Isaiah
In Isaiah God also promises to give His people double for their trouble for He says, "Instead of your shame you shall have double honor and instead of confusion you shall rejoice in your portion. (Isaiah 61:7)Therefore is you are going through any sort of trouble and you would like God to give you double for your trouble stand on this promise as you do the following:
Enter into Covenant with God
Because of the blood of your covenant, I will set your prisoners free from the waterless pit (Zechariah 9:11)You can enter into the covenant purchased with the Blood of Jesus by saying with your mouth that "Jesus is Lord" and believing in your heart that He rose from the dead when He died for our sins and you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)
Come Back to God
Return to the stronghold (Zechariah 9:12)God is our stronghold for as David declared, "The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer. My God, my strength in whom I trust. My shield, the horn of my salvation and my stronghold." (Psalm 18:1-2)

Have Hope
You prisoners of hope (Zechariah 9:12)Therefore even if you are imprisoned in a waterless pit, decide to be a prisoner of hope instead of a prisoner of your hopeless circumstances.
To do this decide to believe that God will bring restoration into your life and give you double for your trouble and double honor for your shame.
In addition you can also confess and meditate on Bible verses for restoration like the following:
God is restoring double for my trouble. (Adapted Zechariah 9:12)
Jesus is giving me beauty instead of ashes and joy instead of mourning. (Adapted Isaiah 61:3)
I am recovering everything. (Adapted 1 Samuel 30:8)
Instead of shame in my life, I have double honor. (Adapted Isaiah 61:7)
Instead of confusion in my life, I rejoice in my portion. (Adapted Isaiah 61:7)
