Devotional: You Shall Not Murder

You shall not murder. (Exodus 20:13)

Murder is one of the devices of the devil and we should ensure that we do not take part in any forms of physical murder regardless of whether it is abortion or euthanasia. 

In addition, we as Christians should also ensure that we are not guilty of other "forms of murder" like character assassination which can happen when we engage in conversations that harm other people. 

Prayer

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to help me stop destroying other people with my hands or with my tongue. Father God I ask You to help me stop sowing discord because that is one of the things that You hate.
