Botanical Name: Rosmarinus officinalis
Method of Extraction: Steam distilled from the flowers

Aromatic Description: Uplifting, stimulating, fresh and herbaceous
Characteristics: Non-irritant but can damage nerves (neurotoxic)




Rosemary Essential Oil Safety Information

1. Do not use rosemary essential oil if you are pregnant.
2. Do not use rosemary essential oil if you have epilepsy.
3. Do not use rosemary essential oil if you have high blood pressure.
4. Avoid using rosemary essential oil if you have a fever.
5. Avoid using rosemary essential oil if you want to sleep.
6. Avoid using rosemary essential oil in children under 5 years.
7. Do not use it alone for more than 2-3 months.


How to Use Essential Oils for Depression

Add 5 drops of rosemary essential oils to a cotton ball and place it in a plastic bag. 
To use, remove it from the bag when you begin to feel sad and inhale the uplifting scent.

Add half a cup of water to an oil warmer and add 10 drops of rosemary essential oil. Light the candle and diffuse the healing aroma.

Add 12 drops of rosemary essential oil to a tub filled with warm water. Mix the oils with the water and soak in the water for at least 15 minutes.
