Pray for God’s Help
When you find yourself getting angry pray and ask God to help you keep your cool.

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to help me keep my cool because man’s anger does not bring about the righteousness that God desires. (James 1:20)

Refuse To Get Angry Quickly
When people issue inflaming statements or do annoying things to you, Be slow to anger (James 1:19) and do not let them provoke you until you loose your temper.
If you feel the fire of ire rising within you, begin counting to forty silently while taking deep breaths between each number so that you can cool the burning embers within you before they burst into uncontrollable flames.
If you can, walk away from the people and situation.
However, if you are physically stuck with them like Moses was stuck with the Israelites in the wilderness for forty years, take slow, deep breaths as you leave them mentally by meditating on anger management Bible verses like the following:
The discretion of a person makes them slow to anger and their glory is to overlook a transgression. (Proverbs 19:11)
Man’s anger does not bring about the righteousness that God desires. (James 1:20)
Be hasty in your spirit not to get angry. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)
Be slow to anger. (James 1:19)
