The following are reviews of some of the best Christian books in my humble opinion (IMHO). I have read some of these book so many times and gleaned so many valuable lessons from them that I thought I should share them with you.

This book reminded me that I have to take action and do something here on earth that God can bless from heaven.Becoming a Millionaire also reminded me that I have to work smart for my money and be smart about money by making it work for me. This Christian money management book also helped me understand the process of multiplication and taught me not to be afraid of starting small. It reiterated the importance of developing self-control and the tenacity of a bulldog as I focus on becoming a millionaire God’s way.

10 Commandments of Working in a Hostile Environment by Bishop T.D. Jakes
The 10 Commandments of Working in a Hostile Environment by Bishop T.D. Jakes reminded me that I have just one life which was given to me by God and which I give back to Him by serving Him. It also reminded me that I should not forget my true identity as a child of God and my God-given superpowers which are the gifts and talents that He has bestowed on me to be used at the right time.This Christian job stress management book also taught me to view my workplace as a training ground for the purposes that God has planned for my future. It urged me to rely on Him for promotion and persevere through challenging growing pains. 10 Commandments also advised me to create multiple sources of income.

31 Reasons People Do Not Receive Their Financial Harvest by Mike Murdock

Battlefield Of The Mind - Winning The Battle In Your Mind by Joyce Meyer taught me to protect my mind by thinking about what I am thinking about because the battles of my life are fought in my mind. The Christian spiritual warfare book also taught me about the Wilderness Mentalities or the states of the mind that can keep a person wandering in their personal wilderness for many years. It trained me to change my mind and get rid of the wilderness mentalities.Battlefield of the Mind also taught me about the Mind of Christ which is the mental state that God approves of and state of mind that can help me enter and possess my personal promised land.

Prepare for War by Rebecca Brown MD taught me about the doorways or things that create holes in the protective hedges around our lives and allow demons to gain access into our lives. It also taught me how to close them.This Christian spiritual warfare book reminded me of the importance ascertaining which god a person is serving before I enter into dealings that involve spiritual matters like laying on of hands with them. It reminded me to ensure that we are both serving Jesus Christ who was crucified for our sins, rose from the dead on the third day and is now seated on the right hand of God the Father.

Spiritual Warfare by Derek Prince
Spiritual Warfare by Derek Prince reminded me about the defensive armor of God described in Ephesians chapter 6 and taught me how to protect my “unprotected area” which is the back. This Christian spiritual warfare book explained the details of the war we are engaged in and taught me the basis of our victory.This Christian manual also encouraged me to take the offensive and use all the weapons like prayer and praise which God has given us to help us fight and win spiritual battles. It taught me about the powerful weapon of preaching the Word of God by using the example of Paul’s ministry.

Waging Spiritual Warfare by Richard Ing
Waging Spiritual Warfare by Richard Ing taught me the importance of forgiving people since unforgiveness acts like spiritual garbage and attracts demons the way physical garbage attracts flies. It also taught me about hindrances to anointing and how to reverse negative agreements.This Christian spiritual warfare book contains numerous case studies that can help a person learn how to deliver themselves or others from spiritual afflictions which can also manifest as physical conditions. Waging Spiritual Warfare also taught me the importance of praying Psalm 91 so that God can hide me under His wings to keep the enemy from touching me. It also reassured me of help from God’s Angels who can perform supernatural feats and protect us from the evil one.

It helped me understand my unique SHAPE or the Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality and Experiences that I can use to fulfil my purpose here on earth and complete the specific assignment that God SHAPEd or created me to perform.This 40 day devotional begun each day with a life changing teaching and ended it with a point to ponder, verse to remember and question to consider. By the time I reached the end, I fully understand what on earth am I here for which is to serve God by ministering to others.

Jabez Devotional by Bruce Wilkinson
The Prayer of Jabez Devotional by Bruce Wilkinson taught me that God really wants to bless me and that I should claim my blessings as His child since they are waiting for me to claim them. This book also taught me that I should not feel shy about asking God to bless me and not just to bless me, but to Bless Me Indeed!This four week devotional also reminded me to begin each day expecting to see God’s blessings and super powers working in my life as I work on fulfilling His purposes for my life. It also taught me that I can achieve true abundance by ensuring that God’s priorities are also my priorities.
