What Do You Want Jesus To Do For You?

As Jesus and His disciples were leaving Jericho with a great crowd, blind Barimaeus the son of Timaeus was sitting by the road begging. When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth who was passing by, he begun to cry out saying, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!" 

Then, many people warned him to be quiet but he cried out even more saying, "Son of David, have mercy on me!"

So Jesus stopped and commanded for him to be called and the people said to Bartimaeus, "Be of good cheer. Rise, He is calling you."

Bartimaeus threw away his garment, arose and went to Jesus.

Jesus then asked him, "What do you want Me to do for you?"

Bartimaeus replied, "Rabboni, that I may receive my sight." 

Jesus then said to him, "Go your way, your faith has made you well."
And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus. (Mark 10:46-52) 

If you met Jesus today and He asked you, "What do you want Me to do for you?" (Mark 10:51) what would you answer Him?

How To Use Prayer Points

To use prayer points effectively do the following:
1. Choose prayer points from the Bible that address your problem or what you want Jesus to do for you. 
2. Pray them.
3. Believe them in your heart.
4. Speak them with your mouth in the present tense.
5. Meditate on them with your mind.


For example if you want Jesus to give you a wife/husband do the following:
1. Chose a prayer point
Let each man have his own wife and let each woman have her own husband. (1 Corinthians 7:2)

2. Pray the prayer point 
Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to give me my own wife/husband.

3. Believe the prayer point 
Believe without a shadow of doubt that God is giving you your own wife/husband.

4. Speak the prayer point 
Say, "I have my own wife/husband" each morning and evening until it becomes your reality.

5. Meditate the prayer 
Think about this Bible verse during the day and see yourself with your mind's eye having your own wife/husband.

Prayer Points for Healing

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to hear my prayers, see my tears and  heal me. (Reference 2 Kings 20:5)

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to take this sickness away from me and bless my food because I serve you. (Reference Exodus 23:25)

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to heal all my diseases and redeem my life from destruction. (Reference Psalm 103:3-4)

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to send Your Word and heal me and deliver me from destruction. (Reference Psalm 107:20)

Jesus Son of God have mercy on me and heal me. (Reference Mark 10:47)

Prayer Points for Financial Breakthrough

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to open for me the windows of heaven and pour out blessings for me so that there will not be enough room to receive them because I tithe. (Reference Malachi 3:10)

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to ensure that money is given back to me in good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over because I have given money to Christian ministries. (Reference Luke 6:38)

Prayer Points for Getting Married

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to let me have my own wife/husband. (Reference 1 Corinthians 7:2)

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to grant me favor and help me find my wife because He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord. (Reference Proverbs 18:22)

O Lord God of Abraham please give me success today and show kindness to me by revealing whom I am to marry.(Reference Genesis 24:12)
