Bible Reading
After Mary was
engaged to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be expecting
a Child of the Holy Spirit. Joseph her husband to be, not wanting to make her a
public spectacle, thought of ending their relationship privately. (Matthew
1:18-19)
Bible Lesson
The Bible does not tell us that Mary thought of ending her
pregnancy because it had brought problems to her life and complicated her
relationship to Joseph.
Therefore, do not think of terminating the ministry or
business that God has inspired you to start in an attempt to solve the
financial, relationship or other problems that began with its inception.
Instead
of focusing on the new problems that are cropping up in your life, focus on fulfilling
God’s call on your life and commit to delivering what God has deposited inside you.
Prayer
Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to help
me complete the task You have entrusted me with so that I can deliver what You
have deposited inside me to those You have sent me to.
Bible Verse Meditation
Stir
up the gift of God that is in you. (2 Timothy 1:6)
