Bible Reading
Mephibosheth was
Jonathan’s son and King Saul’s grandson but he was crippled because his maid
had dropped him as she was fleeing after Saul and Jonathan died in battle.
One day, King David
sent for him because he wanted to Show the kindness of God (2 Samuel
9:3) to one of Jonathan’s descendants. He then restored all the land that had belonged
to King Saul to Mephibosheth and commanded that it be worked and the harvest
brought to Mephibosheth. He also said that Mephibosheth was to eat at his table.
(2 Samuel 9)
Therefore believe
that God can restore what rightfully belongs to you even if you cannot do
anything physical to get it back for yourself because
With God all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26)
In addition, know that God is not a respector of persons (Acts
10:34) which means that what He did for Mephibosheth, He can also do for you if
you believe. Therefore believe that He can and if your faith is wavering read How
to Increase your Faith.
Prayer
Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to help me
remember that With God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26) including getting my
fortunes restored so that I can believe without wavering that you will help me
since All things are possible for
the person who believes. (Mark 9:23)
Bible Verse Meditation
