Strengthen Your Faith Devotional Day 30

Bible Reading

One night King Ahasuerus could not sleep and he commanded the books of the records to be read for him. His servants read the part that stated Mordechai had reported a plot to harm him. The King asked how Mordechai had been rewarded for this and he was told nothing had been done for him.

The King then asked who was in the court and Haman had just come to ask the king for permission to hang Mordechai because Mordechai would not bow before him.

The King asked Haman, “What shall be done for the man whom the King wants to honor?” (Esther 6:6) Haman thought the King wanted to honor him and so he said that person should wear a royal robe and ride on a horse with a royal crest on its head with one of the noble princes parading him through the city square. The king then commanded Haman to go and do all those things for Mordechai. (Esther 6:1-11) Haman could therefore not ask the King for permission to kill Mordechai.

Therefore believe that God can orchestrate your reward at the right time if you have done something good for someone and it seems that they have forgotten about it because With God all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26)

In addition know that God is not a respector of persons (Acts 10:34) which means that what He did for Mordechai, He can also do for you if you believe. Therefore believe that He can choreograph the event that will lead to you getting your reward and if your faith is wavering read How to Increase your Faith.

Prayer

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to help me remember that With God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26) including You causing me to receive my rightful reward at the right time. Father God help me believe without wavering that You will help me get it since All things are possible for the person who believes. (Mark 9:23)
