1. Identify the Devil's Device
The devil uses many strategies to fight God's people but We are not ignorant of his devices. (2 Corinthians 2:11) These devices include false accusations, confusion, deception, destruction, devaluation, fear, etc. You can identify the device being used against you by paying attention to what you are experiencing. For example if you are fearful as you work on your business, know that fear is the device being used by the enemy because God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)
We can also see that when Nehemiah was rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem, Sanballat sent an open letter accusing him and the Jews of rebuilding so that they could rebel against the King. Nehemiah discerned the real motive of those false accusations was to make them stop them for he said, They were trying to frighten us to stop working. (Nehemiah 6:5-9)
Nehemiah dealt with this device of fear by praying for he said, “God strengthen my hands”. (Nehemiah 6:9) Therefore identify the device being used to fight against you so that you can deal with it effectively.
To learn more about these devices of the devil read We Are Not Ignorant Of His Devices which uses examples from the Bible to teach you about 20 strategies that the devil uses to attack God's people and explains how to deal with each of those devices.
2. Put on the Armor of God
The Bible instructs us to, "Put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the tricks of the devil." (Ephesians 6:11)
The armor of God consists of the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the belt of truth, the shoes of the Gospel of peace, the shield of faith and the sword of the spirit which is the Word of God. (Ephesians 6:14-17)

3. Praise and Thank God
The Bible tells us to Enter into His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise. (Psalm 100:4)
This means that when you want to enter God's presence you have to thank Him and praise Him.
Therefore put begin playing Christian praise songs and singing along.
Combine this with thanking God for what He has done for you in the past and praising Him for what He will do for you in the future.
You can also praise God for Who He is especially if you need Him to use those attributes to help you. For example if you need Him to provide for your business you can praise Him by saying, "I praise You because You are Jehovah Jireh (Genesis 22:14) the Lord Who Provides."

4. Pray
To pray effectively over your situation, you have to use Bible verses since The sword of the spirit is the Word of God. (Ephesians 6:17)
Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to help me remember that unto the upright there arises light in the darkness. (Psalm 112:4)
Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to help me so that I do not lose heart (2 Corinthians 4:16) because With God nothing will be impossible. (Luke 1:37)
Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to help me not lose heart but instead believe that I will see Your goodness in the land of the living. (Psalm 27:13)
As you pray ensure that you are living a righteous life because it is written that The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much (James 5:16) and The eyes of God are on the righteous and His ears are open to their prayers. (1 Peter 3:2)
Ensure that you have also confessed your sins because The Lord’s hand is not shortened that it cannot save you and His ear is not heavy that He cannot hear you. But your iniquities have separated you from your God and your sins have hidden His face from you so that He will not hear. (Isaiah 59:1-2)

5. Have Faith
As you pray you have to believe that you will receive what you are asking for because we are told to Ask in faith (James 1:6)It does not matter even if you feel your faith is small because Jesus taught, "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." (Matthew 17:20)
If you find that your faith is wavering, pray "Lord I believe. Help my unbelief." (Mark 9:24) Then remind yourself of how God has helped you in the past like David did when he encountered Goliath for he said, "The Lord who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine." (I Samuel 17:37)

6. Fast
Jesus taught that somethings have to be dealt with by combining prayer with fasting when He said, "This kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting." (Matthew 17:21)
Therefore combine praying with abstaining from food for 1 day or 3 days or 21 days or 40 days. If you have never fasted before you can begin by skipping 1 meal. If you have any medical condition or you are taking medication, please consult your doctor first.

As you abstain from food ensure that you are not engaging in other pleasurable activities or taking advantage of people because when the Israelites asked God “Why have we fasted and You do not see? (Isaiah 58:3) He told them, “On the day you fast, you find pleasure and exploit your laborers.” (Isaiah 58:3)

7. Speak to the Situation
Jesus taught, "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting." (Matthew 17:20-21)
Therefore in addition to praying in faith and fasting, you also have to speak to the mountainous problem you are facing and tell it where it should go.
You can also speak to your business every morning and evening by using the SWORD WORDS you used to pray for it as your Christian affirmations. To do this, you can modify them in the following way:
I do not lose heart (2 Corinthians 4:16) because With God nothing will be impossible. (Luke 1:37)
I believe I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. (Psalm 27:13)
Unto the upright there arises light in the darkness. (Psalm 112:4)
I do not lose heart (2 Corinthians 4:16) because With God nothing will be impossible. (Luke 1:37)
I believe I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. (Psalm 27:13)
