Bible Reading

Adam knew his wife again and she bore a son and named him Seth meaning “For God has appointed another seed for me instead of Abel whom Cain killed.” (Genesis 4:25).

Bible Lesson

Eve experienced great loss and stress as a mother when her son Cain killed her other son Abel. However, she gave birth to another son and called him Seth which means that God had given her another son to replace Abel.

Therefore if you have experienced a great loss in your life, believe that God can bless you with restoration by giving you something to replace that which was taken from you. 

Prayer

Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to grant me restoration and help me recover from the losses I have experienced as a mother.
