Bible Reading
When the
Israelites were returning from Babylon, Ezra says, “I proclaimed a fast … to seek from God the right way for us and our
little ones and all our possession.” He says he did not want to ask the
King for an escort of soldiers to help them against the enemies along the journey
and so they fasted and prayed and God answered their prayer. (Ezra 8:21-23)
Therefore believe
that God can protect you from all dangers on your journey and ensure that you
and your family arrive safely at your destination with all your possessions because With God all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26)
In addition know that God is not a respector of persons (Acts 10:34) which means that what He did for Ezra and the Israelites, He can also do for you if you believe. Therefore believe that He can grant you journey mercies and if your faith is wavering read How to Increase your Faith.
Prayer
Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to help me remember that With God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26) including You protecting me as I travel so that I arrive at my destination safely. Father God help me believe without wavering that You will help me on my journey since All things are possible for the person who believes. (Mark 9:23)
